Path To Promise focuses on 6 areas that encompass the major elements
of a child’s growth process – we call them “domains”.

DUTCHESS COUNTY YOUTH COUNCIL
The Youth Council provides an opportunity to participate in leadership and positive development opportunities.
The Youth Council makes positive change possible in our communities and schools through various service projects, government assistance projects, lobbying efforts, and conferences.
By focusing on these “domains” and youth strengths, the Path To Promise will assist youth in their development of competencies, values and connections needed for work and life. Emphasis will be on youth voice and engagement.
